i2m logo 4Katy, Texas — June 29 2026 — Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., President & CEO of the I2M Corporation, announced today that Charles E. Bludau Jr. has joined the I2M Group as Project Manager – Environmental.

“Mr. Bludau has been providing input as an outside consultant over the past few years, supporting I2M’s oversight of cultural resources and land-use studies in the early and operational stages of our projects now and in the future,” said Mr. Campbell. “He recently became available, and we’re pleased to bring him on board as one of the younger members of our management team. We look forward to his contributions.”

Mr. Bludau brings more than 20 years of project management experience leading cultural resources efforts on pipeline, transportation, utility, and land development projects throughout Texas and the United States. He has managed multidisciplinary teams, budgets, and schedules, and has coordinated extensively with private landowners, engineering firms, contractors, and federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, including FERC, USACE, and the Texas Historical Commission.

Prior to joining I2M, he held project leadership roles at Horizon Environmental Services (LJA Engineering), Perennial Environmental Services, and Gray & Pape, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Texas State University. A full professional summary is available here.
