I2M Consulting, LLC, a subsidiary of the I2M Corporation, is a professional practice offering experienced engineers, geologists, hydrogeologists, and other scientists with many years in environmental assessments, including remediation management, mineral exploration and mining, and project management, mergers and acquisitions. Related areas of expertise include forensic and feasibility studies in the environmental and mining industries, and environmental site assessments, due diligence assessments, and impact assessments in addition to brownfield redevelopment and management (as well as grant application assistance) in the U.S, for State and Federal governments, and the legal community.

I2M was formed in 2010 by two senior managers from the DuPont environmental group, having spent most of their professional careers employed by the largest environmental engineering groups in the U.S. managing large environmental projects, ranging from Phase II investigations of environmentally challenged properties to Brownfields real estate re-development projects. Also, in a recent reorganization of I2M Consulting, LLC, the company is in a major expansion period to further enhance and broaden I2M capabilities through teaming and acquisition of other companies.

We offer a range of specialized services requiring experienced forensic investigators where integrity and impartially are without question and stand as the hallmark of the I2M reputation. In the mining industry, I2M has been called on to provide independent assessments of mining ventures, mineral exploration programs, and acquisition and mergers worldwide.
