Katy, Texas — April 27, 2026 — Michael D. Campbell, P.G., P.H., C.P.G., President & CEO of the I2M Corporation (Texas), announced today that the Board of Directors has elected Jason P. Melton as Executive Chairman of the I2M Board, reinforcing the company’s growth strategy in uranium project development.
“We are very pleased that Jason Melton has joined the I2M team,” said Campbell. “His proven experience scaling companies, raising capital, and building strategic partnerships will be instrumental as we accelerate our uranium development plans in Texas and beyond.”
Mr. Melton is a successful entrepreneur whose companies have delivered solutions in energy production, environmental protection, regenerative agriculture, wildlife conservation, and national security. He studied economics and mathematics at Princeton University, began his career on Wall Street, and was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018. Over his career, he has advised or served roughly half of the Fortune 500 across crisis management and healthcare.
He is also a member of Mensa, a USA Track & Field Masters Athlete of the Year, and a 13‑time national champion. He has coached more than 20 youth sports teams and is actively involved in prison and men’s ministry. He and his wife Tiffany are raising four children in Houston, Texas, and star in the Amazon Prime series Adventure In Wonder.
In his new role, Mr. Melton will work closely with Mr. Campbell and I2M’s team of highly experienced geologists and hydrogeologists — many with uranium industry backgrounds dating back to the 1960s and decades of environmental consulting on groundwater contamination and remediation. He will focus on contract negotiations, joint-venture opportunities, capital formation, and accelerating leasing, permitting, and development timelines for I2M’s in-situ uranium recovery projects in Texas and elsewhere.
Melton’s appointment is intended to help translate the technical and policy work by I2M over the past few decades into financed, permitted projects and long‑term partnerships with utilities, developers, and capital providers.
Mr. Campbell added that Kevin T. Biddle, Ph.D. has taken on the strategic role of Executive Vice President and will continue to be involved in negotiations and strategic planning, and in providing corporate oversight of all I2M field operations.
